Resident can self-register to iResidenz via the Self Registration Form or by scanning the QR Code



Management can manage the self registration request via iResidenz portal


STEP 1: Login as Management > Registration Request



STEP 2: Manage Registration Request


Management can Approve registration request. Please ensure that the registered unit exist in the iResidenz portal before you can approve the request. Once the registration request is approved, the resident will receive an email on the their login details.



Management can Reject the registration request. The management must provide a remark as to why the following request was rejected. Once the registration request is rejected, an email will be send to the resident together with the remark key-in by the Management.
