The main dashboard has information about the Property, Management Office contact details,
the total number of registered owners & tenants.
The first box shows the total units for the property.
The second box shows the total registration (Emails of Owners/Tenants)
The Third and Fourth show the total activation of the registered owners. In order to view owners who have logged-in, click on the blue text 'View'. This data can be downloaded in Excel format.
The Dashboard shows:-
1. Feedback/Issues submitted by residents. The Feedback/Issues can only be read, replied by Management.
2. Private Messages - Messages that are sent directly to Management which can be read and replied to.
3. Bookings - Bookings of facilities by owners which require Management's respond
4. Online Payments - Payments made by the owners/tenant via the portal.
The Task-bar is located on the left-hand corner of the main page.
