The reason you are receiving the email notification is when your visitor has arrived at your property (see Email sample below)

a. Guards mistakenly clicked on your unit.


b. Your visitor does not know your unit and provided a random unit to the guard.


c. If the visitor is meant for your tenant whom you have not registered to the portal.
