The following instructions are for Residents/Tenants.


If you are using the App to register your upcoming visitors, follow these steps.


Click on Visitors on the App, then click on the + (button)

You can Find Contact or enter your visitor's email or SKIP THIS STEP


You may click on Find Contact, it will bring you to your contact list on your mobile phone, then click NEXT.  If you choose to SKIP THIS STEP, an email with the QR code / Pin will be sent to your registered email on the iResidenz portal.


STEP 1 - Select Visit Purpose, Fill up the Visit Type, Visit Date, Visit Time and the NRIC number of the visitor then click on NEXT.


STEP 2 - A summary of the Visitor's details will appear, confirm all information and click on NEXT.


STEP 3 -  You may choose to Auto-approve your visitor by checking on the auto-approve check-box. 


STEP 4 - An email with a QR code / Visit Pin will be sent to your registered email used on iResidenz.  You may share this code with your Upcoming visitor.  Your visitor will receive an SMS (provided the JMB has subscribed to the SMS feature)

This QR code / Pin number is to be shown to the guards at the Guard post before entering the property.



Important Note:  Your visitor will need to notify the guards that they have been pre-registered and the guards will proceed to scan the QR code/ Pin number and allow access into the property.


Tip: Registration steps are the same when using the web-portal, except for the Find Contact information.
