The following instructions are for Property Management Office / Admin only. For instructions on how to use the portal as a Resident, go here.


STEP 1

In the menu, click 'Residents Data' and then 'View By Resident Data'.


STEP 2

Search for the user you'd like to reset the password for. You can search by Name, Email or Unit in the search boxes provided.


STEP 3

Once you've found the user, click on the envelope icon to resend password.


STEP 4

An email is automatically sent out by the system to the resident with a new temporary password for them to log in with.
