The following instructions are for Residents only. For instructions on how to use the portal as Property Management Office / Admin, go here.


STEP 1

Make sure you are logged into iResidenz. Go to the 'Feedback' page.


STEP 2

Under the Complaints tab, you'll see an overview of complaints you've made and their current status, i.e. pending, open, closed. Click the complaint you've chosen.


STEP 3

Key in your Message and add an Attachment (if any).


STEP 4

Click 'Reply' and the page will refresh to show the conversation thread updated below the 'Reply' button.
