The following instructions are for Property Management Office / Admin only. For instructions on how to use the portal as a Resident, go here.
STEP 1
Open the Taskbar Menu and click 'Resident's List'.
STEP 2
Click 'Register Owner/Tenant'.
STEP 3
Update the following fields:
- Condo Unit
- Residency Type - Select 'Owner'
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Number

STEP 4
Click 'Submit' when you're done and the Welcome email with the login details will be sent to them.

Important Note: Users should only be registered after you have verified whether they're a real owner / tenant.
