The following instructions are for Residents only. For instructions on how to use the portal as Property Management Office / Admin, go here.
If you are an Owner, read Register & Login － For Owners. If not, read on.
STEP 1 – Registration with Owner
Provide your details – Full Name, Unit No. and Email Address – to your Owner and ask them to register you on iResidenz. If they have not registered on iResidenz, share the Register & Login － For Owners link with them.
Once they've registered you, you should receive a Welcome email.
STEP 2 – Login to Activate Your Account
Look for the Welcome email in your inbox or spam/junk folder (or other tabs if you use Gmail). Open the email to get your login details (link, username and password).
Click on the link in the Welcome email and input your username (your registered email) and password (provided in the email).
Important Note: If you do not receive the Welcome email after 48 hours, contact iResidenz Support for technical assistance.
Tip: Add email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your Contacts / Address Book / Safe Senders List to avoid future emails from going into your spam / junk folder.
