The following instructions are for Residents only. For instructions on how to use the portal as Property Management Office / Admin, go here.


STEP 1

Open the Menu bar, click on 'My Profile' to update your profile and click the 'My Maids' tab.


STEP 2

Update your maids accordingly:


Add Maid

 

  1. Click the 'Add' button.
  2. Update the following fields: Name *, NRIC / Passport Number *, Nationality *, and Contact Number.
  3. Click 'Create' when you're done.


Edit Maid

  1. Find the Maid you want to edit and click 'Edit'.
  2. Update the following fields: Name *, NRIC / Passport Number *, Nationality *, and Contact Number.
  3. Click 'Update' when you're done.


Delete Maid

  1. Find the Maid you want to delete and click 'Delete'.
  2. A dialog box will pop-up asking if you're sure you want to delete. Click 'OK'.
