If you do not receive the Welcome email after 48 hours, these are the steps you should take before requesting assistance from iResidenz Support.


STEP 1

Check your inbox or spam/junk folder (or if you use Gmail, the Promotions / Updates / Forum tabs). You also won't see any Welcome email if you did not provide your details - Full Name, Unit No. Password - to your Property Management Office / Admin to register you. STEP 2

If it's not in any of your email folders, add noreply@theresidenzmail.co and admin@iresidenz.com to your Contacts / Address Book / Safe Senders List to avoid future emails from going into your spam / junk folder.

Contact iResidenz Support for assistance.


Tip: We recommend registering your iResidenz account with a personal email address that you use frequently instead of your work email address. Most work email addresses have strict IT policies that may immediately delete certain emails before they can reach your inbox.
