STEP 1
Make sure you are logged in. If you forgot your password, click here to learn how to reset your password.
STEP 2
Click on the '∨' symbol next to your account details and a dropdown will appear (see sample below).
STEP 3
Click on 'Change Password'.
STEP 4
Key in your new password and click 'Save' (see sample below).
Tip: For better security, make sure your new password is unique to iResidenz and not used elsewhere. It should also be memorable and strong － a minimum of 12 characters with at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number.
