The following instructions are for Residents only. For instructions on how to use the portal as Property Management Office / Admin, go here.
If you are a Tenant, read Register & Login - For Tenants. If not, read on.
STEP 1 – Verification and Registration with Management Office / Admin
Provide your details – Full Name, Unit No. and Email Address – to your Property Management Office / Admin and ask them to register you on iResidenz.
Once you are verified by them as a real Resident, the Property Manager / Executive / Admin will register you on iResidenz. Once they've registered you, you should receive a Welcome email.
STEP 2 – Login to Activate Your Account
Look for the Welcome email in your inbox or spam/junk folder (or other tabs if you use Gmail). Open the email to get your login details (link, username and password).
Click on the link in the Welcome email and input your username (your registered email) and password (provided in the email).
Click 'Login'.
Important Note: If you do not receive the Welcome email after 48 hours, contact iResidenz Support for technical assistance.
Tip: Add admin@iresidenz.com to your Contacts / Address Book / Safe Senders List to avoid future emails from going into your spam / junk folder.
